As your postpartum doula, I will help the mother and families adjust and care for the baby and provide emotional/physical support after delivery.
The postpartum journey of adjusting to a new baby should be sacred and renewing, I can help to deliver such an environment. Despite the possibility of postpartum experience being exhausting and overwhelming, I can positively help you through this life-changing experience. My goal is for mother’s to strengthen the bonding experience with your child, leaving them empowered to push through parental challenges. I will encourage you to mold a radiant mindset of how you perceive yourself as a mother, and add luster to your memory of your postpartum period.
Additionally, I can help you navigate topics such as co-sleeping, baby-wearing, and techniques to soothe your baby. Many mothers take comfort knowing they can leave their baby in the hands of a trusted professional while they shower and take a nap.
